I just went back to using FF since Microsoft EdgeDev got glacially slow for some reason. When I try to edit things like views, and there is a pop-up box, nothing happens when you hit the OK box. So you cannot edit the site. It works properly (slowly) in EdgeDev.

James,
could you try one more time with addons disabled?

  1. Go to Help menu
  2. Choose Restart with addons disabled
  3. test.

Also possibly trying by activating/deactivating tracking protection when clicking on the shield in the url bar.

This to discriminate what could be the sources of the errors before diving into a deeper diagnosis if necessary.

Thanks.

It is not just ORCMA.org. I cannot edit my other sites either.

It does work if I start with addons disabled though in safe mode.
Enabling FVD Speed dial halts everything for minutes.

Thanks for the details.

so this is not a webcompat issue, but something related to the addons.

I'm closing here as there is nothing we can do on the side of Firefox or sites. Probably you may want to decide to stop using the specific addon which breaks the User experience.

It was the Keeper password manager. I replaced it with LastPass, and it worked.
