Outlook Web Access now brings up a dialog asking for a "domain", along with a
username and password. This extra field can be seen in IE, but not in Mozilla.
I think this is why I am unable to log into it.

Go to http://mail.magisnetworks.com and enter "mozilla" as your username and hit
enter. This will allow for debug to see exactly what the SSL traffic looks
like, and why its different than other sites like, say,
https://wwws.ameritrade.com/apps/LogIn/

I blame Microsoft because this didn't use to be a problem... Outlook Web Access
worked before a recent "active directory" "upgrade" at work.
the URL should be http://mail.magisnetworks.com/exchange/logon.asp
