Steps to reproduce:

Firefox bug reports are littered with actions apparently by bugzilla individuals with no apparent decision-making authority which are derisive and offensive to reporters, creating chaos in the site and stopping needed fixes from being identified and addressed.

Actual results:

examples:

1. marked "resolved" when they have not been resolved in any way.
2. all duplicate bugs closed so multiple reports are left ignored and unactioned. (See 145760 and all the closed duplicates.)
3. "intended behaviour" for obvious, probably easily fixable bugs causing serious or critical non-functionality for end-users, often not fixed for years while these individuals pursue their individual hobby-horses adjusting columns in bugzilla pages FGS.
4. ignorant put-downs by people who don't seem to care that they don't know what they are talking about and haven't even read the report - EG
   (a) 1468655 Andrew Klapper "Is there a specific reason why you reported this to the Mozilla community instead of the authors of "Tab ReTitle" (whatever that is)?". This person clearly does not know or care about either users' browsing requirements, or the difference between an addon and the functionality it needs from FF and did not bother to either read the bug report or look at whether the problem was the addon or not - before launching this rude, ignorant and counterproductive put-down. He clearly knew nothing about the issue so why is his comment still there? Why was he able to close and mark issues resolved which not only were not resolved, but which he is completely ignorant about?
   (b) 1464264 Abe - QA (:Abe_LV) "I have tried this, but ctrl+tab switches Firefox tabs, no preview. Could you please provide me more information on how to reproduce this?" - This person does not even know how to use Firefox. he is asking me, a user! Why is his ignorant, inane comment permitted? Why, when he does not even know how to use Firefox, is he permitted to even comment, let alone close a report of an easily fixable issue which many other users have also raised?
   (c) 1468655 David Durst [:ddurst] "[rewriting incorrectly what was reported] which I assume means [what was already perfectly clearly written in the report]"..."please file another bug [setting out exactly what was already done in the report he has just closed"

Expected results:

Please add a flag button on comments (as eg Stack Exchange does) so that people can draw Mozilla's attention to these individuals who are blocking needed fixes and putting off people making the effort to help Mozilla keep its product useable.

Mozilla needs users' feedback to report bugs and useability issues. And if you don't want to see Firefox and your jobs disappear, you need to treat users who spend their time to help, with some respect, and fix the bugs.

This actually exists on bugzilla.mozilla.org (which is where all of your examples are), although it's in no way intuitive. There's a tag button immediately to the left of the reply button on comments. The tags are autocomplete, so you start typing and the list of valid matching tags will show up and you can pick it off the list. If you put "admin" or "offensive" as the tag, it flags it for admin review.

This appears to exist already in Bugzilla 6 as well (not released yet).

I'm going to leave this bug open though because I think this particular thing could actually use a dedicated UI for it instead of needing to know the magic words.
