Details 
On very rare occasions, a box with a scrollbar and a gray background may be
painted on a page, notably Mozilla bug pages. There is nothing in the code
suggesting such an element, and they disappear after going to another tab. It
looks like a default resource template is somehow leaked onto the canvas.

How the bug manifests itself. Due to the sporadic nature of the bug, it can't
easily be reproduced.
