According to this startup profile, GMPProvider runs during startup and imports osfile.jsm. We should migrate this to the new IOUtils replacement for osfile.jsm when possible.

Looks like GMPProvider.jsm imports osfile to use the OS.Path utility. These modules are pretty tightly coupled.

To remove this import, we could try to decouple OS.Path from OS.File, but ospath.jsm itself will import OS.File if it's not in scope to do a platform check and import the correct path impl.
