Steps to reproduce:

  1. start Firefox on clicking the desktop icon.
  2. copied the link https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/home in the URL and pressed enter.
  3. clicked the browser tab to show the menu.

Actual results:

It moved the current window forward.

Expected results:

It should have opened the tab in a new window.
