After a restart, if i open Aamzon Prime Videos from the address-bar dropdown, the site does not load

Start nightly
click on the address bar. It shows primevideo.com as one of the top sites I visit.
Click on primevideo.com
ER: site should load
AR: site does not load. There is no indicator of any site loading or anything. The page just remains blank, with no loading animation

There is a service worker involved here (intercepts the load) but is cancelled with NS_ERROR_DOM_ABORT_ERR.
