We'd like to have mozilla-esr78 as a branch in gecko-dev to be able to use that one in our upcoming Tor Browser switch to ESR78 (see bug 1561589 for a similar, previous request).

dhouse: can you have a look at that item given that you helped out last time it seems? Or maybe suggest someone else to poke?
