The 2 double quotes probably shouldn't be there.

It looks like it might be coming from LANDO_UI_URL in the lando-api code https://github.com/mozilla-conduit/lando-api/search?q=LANDO_UI_URL&unscoped_q=LANDO_UI_URL but that's something set when lando is deployed.

Indeed that is the issue. This will be fixed with the next deploy.
