Lonnen no longer manages or works on Socorro and we need to update the data policy (and possibly other things) to reflect that.
For example, this is no longer true:
* Do not share personal data with non-employees, including partner organizations, without
consultation and explicit permission from Lonnen (lonnen@mozilla.com); a signed NDA and
other arrangements will be required of the other organization
This bug covers fleshing out the work involved and figuring out the changes required.

I talked with Alicia and Lonnen.
We've never done anything to trigger this clause in the 4 1/2 years I've been on Socorro. Further, no one can remember us triggering it. After talking with Alicia about our promises to users about user data as outlined in data privacy statements, it's clear we could never share data with non-employees. I'm going to tweak this clause accordingly.
