[Steps to reproduce]

1- Launch FF and open https://www.theverge.com/ with RDM deactivated
2- Notice that images are loaded without issues
3- Activate RDM (with touch simulation on/off as it happens both ways) having reload option checked.

[Expected result]
Images should load without render issues.

[Actual result]
Images flicker with RDM on

Note: It happens both with gfx.webrender.force-disabled true and false
