If/when we have the Layout Instability API implemented (bug 1651528), it'd probably make sense to surface some information from it in Gecko profiles (whether optionally or by default), to help web developers track down precisely when their cumulative-layout-shift score had a spike etc., if they're trying to reduce it in response to https://web.dev/cls/ or other nudges.

(Like bug 1651528, I'm mostly filing this as a placeholder for now; not sure about timelines/priorities for this API at this point.)
