User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:78.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/78.0

Steps to reproduce:

We have a project where we use HTML as simple as possible to keep the surrounding programming simple. We noticed that a nested listing produces strange results. The HTML is correct in my opinion, but Firefox (78.0.1 and earlier) interprets this wrong. Other browsers (Chrome, even the old Internet Explorer) display the listing correctly.

Actual results:

An ordered list does not count correctly. Even if it is continued with "start=3" after an interruption of the list, errors will occur. See the attached listing.

Expected results:

Correkt list like I can see in Chrome.

OK. I can reproduce on nightly (mac). Perhaps this is related to Bug 1647997.
