[Prerequisites]:

• Have a Firefox profile with the browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.asrouter.devtoolsEnabled pref set to true in the "about:config" page.

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Open the browser with the profile from prerequisites.
2. Navigate to the "about:newtab#devtools" page and search the "DOH_ROLLOUT_CONFIRMATION" section.
3. Click the "Show" button from the "DOH_ROLLOUT_CONFIRMATION" section.
4. Resize the browser and observe the behavior.

[Expected result]:

• The "DOH_ROLLOUT_CONFIRMATION" is displayed inside the browser's borders.

[Actual result]:

• The "DOH_ROLLOUT_CONFIRMATION" is displayed outside the browser's borders.

This is a PopupNotification bug. It does not prevent doorhanger usage.
