We'll want to have a backup using cloud SQL prior to the migration. Dustin tried it on his dev instance with the db dump he had and it was a couple of minutes. I believe we'll want a backup for both community and firefoxci. It will get us the "fallback rollback".

I don't think it's useful to make bugs for items we are going to do during the migration windows. Let's just use the google doc to track that.
