(Please note that the following data review is for the full-device Mozilla VPN that is not integrated into the Firefox browser and doesn't use Firefox telemetry. This is not a browser product as this is installed at the operating system level across desktop and mobile platforms)
What questions will you answer with this data?
What acquisition channels lead to better retained and satisfied VPN customers?
Why does Mozilla need to answer these questions? Are there benefits for users? Do we need this information to address product or business requirements?
The Mozilla VPN is a brand new product, subscriptions are new for Mozilla, and there are a lot of hypotheses and assumptions that need validated on how we acquire new customers beyond our current owned media channels (e.g. our existing Firefox products).
The benefits to users are mostly that we will learn where quality users are coming from (and where they are not coming from) and we will be able to focus our acquisition efforts in the best places to bring the privacy and security value of the VPN to more customers around the world.

Hey chutten. I am not sure who to set the requestee since this is not a Firefox product and of all of the data stewards, no one fits exactly. Can you help get this to the most appropriate person?
