The shortcut key does work either. The other options under Window Menu work Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Go to Window Menu 2.Click Mail & Newsgroups 3.Nothing happens Actual Results: Mail & Newsgroups does not start. Expected Results: Mail & Newsgroup should have started.
Does this bug depend on whether you use a third party theme or not? If so: duplicate of bug 162891
