+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1599002 +++

This is similar to bug 1599002, but for UNCONFIRMED instead of NEW.

Bug 1651000 is an example of the Phabricator bot assigning the bug to me, but not changing the status to ASSIGNED because it was still UNCONFIRMED instead of NEW.
