When we can't run a full installer because either the Windows version is too low, or because the architecture is unsupported on that OS, we use the same error message and link to the system requirements page for both cases. But if the problem is the architecture, the message doesn't really call that out, and linking to the requirements page is entirely unhelpful. We could at least have a more specific message, and possibly also link to a download for a supported architecture.
