Page loading usually appears to be stalled in the middle of it, although DOS
window says "loaded successfully".

I could not load
  http://www.tvspielfilm.de/
  http://www.unicode.org/unicode/iuc10/x-utf8.html
in 10-15-08-M11 Linux build.

When I tried to load http://www.tvspielfilm.de/, the error message
"do_ypcall: clnt-call: RPC: Timeout"

Using the current builds, this works fine on all platforms; resolving as
WORKSFORME.

If you're still encountering this issue, could you please re-open it, and re-
assign to a more specific component/engineer? I'd guess this would go to Necko.
