Details

When we sign up to FxA using email address X and later on changed it to email Y, I find out that we can't use email X to sign up to Firefox Accounts although it has been removed from the previous FxA. Is this a known thing?

Yes, unfortunately this is a known issue, currently tracked at https://github.com/mozilla/fxa/issues/518
