Looking at the wireframes, I think for studies this is covered by bug 1653119 adding a link to privacy policy. However it sounds like we'll need the same for Pioneer itself.

I think the bare minimum here is covered by each study and Pioneer itself linking to a privacy policy, which we can make sure reflects the agreement in the modal dialogs. Marnie, is this correct? I think we can do better than this but want to drop this to P2.
