As Mozilla, we need ability to deliver flexible content offtrains, so that we can meet both user needs and legal/policy

• Mozilla can send in a “core panel study”
• We can deliver the needed consent copy for each add-on (core panel or study) into the modal offtrains
• Mozilla can manage state for studies (see stories at end for state)
• Mozilla can update content independent of the trains
• Mozilla can update short privacy notice + external link to external notice, with some allowances for bullets/rich text
• Mozilla can send full copy of the study description, which may also contain rich formatting/links
• Mozilla can update the About Page text offtrains for the Core pioneer experience
• Mozilla has flexibility to multipurpose the text fields -- for example if we have a later requirement that is not presently known, we can jam a line of copy or link into the description at bottom)
