Perfherder expires alerts linked to signatures that were inactive for more than a year.

Landing on pages with alert summaries that no longer have any alerts because of this feels buggy at this moment. The page is uselessly empty, no error hints are shown, no console errors. Which feels weird.

The user should be able to know that a particular alert summary has been expired, instead of seeing a blank page.

This isn't much of a problem now. Thanks to bug 1682764, we make sure to expire alert summaries which no longer have alerts.
