Expected results:

A feature to show the Bookmarks Toolbar on new tabs only would be very helpful.

You can do this using the userChrome.css file but there are a lot of disadvantages to doing it this way:
(1) Enabling userChrome.css and finding the CSS to hide the toolbar requires a lot of steps.
(2) userChrome.css isn't synced, which means the steps have to be performed on every computer.
(3) CSS solutions often break between Firefox versions.

Having one setting to do this would be far easier.
