Using my normal profile - (No ad blocker, Using bugzilla.js addon)
Go to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1289609
Then click on the bug named "domino" in the "Depends On" section
ER: Page is responsive as soon as it loads
AR: Page is not responsive for a few seconds after page loads. Try to select the text of the bug heading after the page loads

There is a fair bit of styling, and seems worse with the Bugzilla.js addon, but on my machine it's pretty responsive (definitely within a second). Maybe Emilio has some thoughts. I feel like we already have bugs filed tracking perf issues in this kind of situation.

I don't see such thing on my computer either, but most of the time (1.5s) seems spent in bugzilla's JS, which is a bit odd...
