Steps to reproduce
- Go to about:preferences#home
- Select "Custom URLs..." from Homepage and new windows.
- Drag and drop a link in the URL field.
- Restart browser.
Expected result
- The home page is the one from step 3.
Actual result
- Home page is the default one. And in about:preferences#home the home page is set on Default.
