Once glean_parser generates FOG-level glean::metrics::Ping structs for the builtin pings, we need to register them so they can be sent by name (e.g. using about:glean?sendPing=deletion-request)

There's a hacky solution in https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D88845
We should probably do it properly instead.

Hacky solution it is, then. The proper solution will have to wait until both the Rust Language Binding lands in mozilla/glean and Rust codegen lands in mozilla/glean_parser.
