Steps to reproduce:

Have a several pinned tab that I use daily but often when starting Firefox after computer restart, pinned tab loads page as blank with refresh button greyed out, only way to load page is via address bar enter

Other thing I noticed is pinned tab shows up refresh icon when Firefox is loaded but page is not loaded after wards.

Other weird thing is this only affects certain pinned pages not all

Actual results:

Page is returned as blank

Attached screenshot shows pinned tab with blank page

Expected results:

Pinned tab should have loaded the page as usual
