Steps to reproduce:
- Open Firefox.
- Type in address bar about:config.
- Click the "Accept risk and continue" button.
- Set browser.translation.ui.show to true.
- Type in the address bar about:preferences.
- Scroll down to the Language section and select "Translate web content".
- Go to a web page that is not in Italian.
Actual results:
It is not possible to translate the page into Italian.
Expected results:
The page is translated into Italian.

Page Translation is not currently supported, which is the reason why you had to go to about:config to enable this user interface.
