Details
When using OTN, many times the checkboxes on the HTML forms Oracle uses for "I'm not a terrorist" compliance do not work. You can check them all, but they don't all get pushed on the form submit. Very annoying. This is version 1.1, full install.

WFM using BuildID# 2002-08-29-04 and Win2000. Played around with it for a
while and not able to produce the bug.
