Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:78.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/78.0
Hi,
I have managed to reproduce this issue on release version 78.0.2, Beta 79 and latest Nightly 80.0a1 (2020-07-27) using Windows 10.
Further, I will move this over to a component so developers can take a look over it. If this is not the correct component please feel free to change it to an appropriate one.
Thanks for the report.

I can reproduce this on FX versions 70, 60 and 50 as well so not sure if this is a regression at all.
Hi mggrandmdg, do you happen to know if this ever worked correctly on your side?

I don't recall this ever working. I just thought that I might as well report the bug since it was annoying XD.

Thanks for confirming! In this case we don't have a regression but a long-standing issue.

- This happens with fullscreen API
Element.requestFullscreen()
for any element (not only video) - it doesn't append with user fullscreen (<kbd>F11</kbd>)
