According to my research on listing test paths by using MOZHARNESS_TEST_PATHS + tests-by-manifest.json.gz, I've decided to store the information from MOZHARNESS_TEST_PATHS for each task that has it set.

We can make the jobs endpoint return a list of test_groups + fetch tests-by-manifest.json.gz in the frontend to determine the test_paths OR find a different way of filtering tasks on the jobs view.

Making improvements in this area will help with "Similar Jobs" supporting manifest-scheduled tasks.
