Steps to reproduce:

i am open localhost:9090
then they ask me for my location and then i deny it
if i refresh the browser the permission appear again.
then i checked "remember my decision" and then deny it
then i refresh my browser again,
the prompt still appear

Actual results:

i have checked "remember my decision" then deny the permission
then if i refresh it, the promp still appear.

Expected results:

the prompt shouldn't appear
