User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_14_0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/84.0.4147.89 Safari/537.36
Steps to reproduce:
There are significant layout rendering issues when using Firefox 78 on Windows 10 Enterprise v 1909. The issue does not appear on Windows 10 Enterprise v 1903. The issue seems very isolated to that version.
Actual results:
Many CSS layouts are broken.
Expected results:
It should render properly as it does in other browsers.

Unfortunately, I do not have Windows 10 Enterprise v 1990, and I'm not seeing any issues on my Windows 10 Pro version (tried on Firefox 79 and the latest Nightly 81.0a1).
To eliminate custom settings as a possible cause, can you please try to reproduce this using Firefox with a clean profile (https://goo.gl/AWo6h8), maybe even safe mode (https://goo.gl/AR5o9d)?
Also, can you please provide some links on which you see this issue and maybe some screenshots or screencasts?
