Steps to reproduce:

I unlocked my Android 6.1 device, on which I had installed Firefox.

Actual results:

I saw an advertisement for the Anti Defamation League in my notification area.

Expected results:

Firefox should not display notification area ads. I don't recall ever agreeing to that. Regardless of my (generally positive) opinion of both Mozilla and the ADL, I don't need another advertising channel on my devices.
