Currently http://seamonkey-project.org/ is serving significantly different content than https://seamonkey-project.org/. The site served by HTTPS was last modified on July 12, 2020; it offers SeaMonkey 2.53.3. The site served by HTTP was last modified on February 27, 2020 and offers SeaMonkey 2.53.1.

Please synchronize the content of the two sites, or ensure that HTTP is automatically redirected to HTTPS.

That should be fixed now.
Technical reason, Apache takes the first listed virtualhost as being the default site so was serving an old test version of the website on http, to fix had to move the production site to the top of the list.
