+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1435472 +++
Steps to reproduce:
1.Open the browser.
2.Enter the address or search query in the address bar, especially in an Atlassian Jira server installation.
In the final version of 78.0.2 this bug shows itself again, mostly in Atlassian Jira pages like workflow screens etc.
Actual results:
Мost pages display correctly, but for some parts of the page content is missing, and reappears when hovered with the mouse. Content also appears, when the page is zoomed or the browser window resized.
This especially appears in Atlassian Jira's overlay dialogs like workflow screens etc.
Expected results:
Pages should be displayed correctly with hardware acceleration enabled.
