Steps to reproduce:

After scrolling in my Wordpress editor, the TinyMCE toolbar goes misplaced and obstruct visibility.

Actual results:

The toobar goes in the middle of the text editor and obstruct visiblity

(exemple bad scroll.mp4)

Expected results:

The toolbar stay where it should be when scrolling the page

P.S: This happens too on an other page :
Here's the steps :

  1. Go to https://demo.matomo.org/
  2. mouseover any elements on the page, a floating tooltip appear next to your mouse
  3. Now scroll down the page
  4. Mouseover any elements, the floating tooltip appears misplaced
  5. Go to the top of the page and check an element again, the tootip is back next to the mouse.

Bugbug thinks this bug should belong to this component, but please revert this change in case of error.
