"Select" tags are frozen under Wayland

Steps to reproduce:
Just click on any "select" tag (i.e. one of the ones existing the edit mode of this bug).
Actual results:
The list seems frozen, you can't hover or scroll. Albeit you actually can select an item by clicking on it "blindly".
This might not be limited to this tag, as I've encountered similar bugs (on UI menus, Container's list when creating a new tab etc), but I'm not sure at the moment.

Please check on about:config if you have manually enabled widget.wayland_vsync.enabled.
Yes despite what I thought I had it enabled when I was trying to figure out some other performance issues. The issue seems gone when disabling it.
