Most ytp AV1 tests for firefox desktop were disabled because they were failing: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1639193

For firefox desktop, the AV1 tests only run on MacOS and win10-ref-hw: https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/source/taskcluster/ci/test/raptor.yml#624

This task is for investigating a way for them to work and re-enable them back.

We don't intend to run tests against Fennec 68.
