Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:80.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/80.0

Steps to reproduce:

Setting a theme in Firefox Standard Edition also changes (not always immediately) the theme in Firefox Developer Edition. Setting a home page in Firefox Standard Edition changes the home page in Firefox Developer Edition. And vice versa. This occurs even when the programs are setup to use different profiles.

Actual results:

see above

Expected results:

Firefox Standard Edition should have its own settings for themes and the Home page. And Firefox Developer Edition should have its own settings for themes and the Home page. These setting should be in the profile.

Summary: shared home page and theme → Firefox Standard Edition and Firefox Developer Edition share their theme and homepage settings

Hey admin,

I tried reproducing this issue but had no success with it. Do you by any chance have the same account sync-ed on both versions?

You are absolutely right. I had the options synced on Standard and Developer Editions. Thanks for your help.
