popup for account manager doesn't work

Steps to reproduce:
I want to access account parameters.
I have several email accounts in my Thunderbird
I use Microsoft Windows 10 version 2004 (64 bits, I think)
When I click "parametres des comptes = account manager ?" in the "outils = tools ?" menue, I cannot access parameters on any of the accounts.
This has been going on for several weeks (since early June ?)
Actual results:
see screen copy attached
Expected results:
access to parameter (smtp server....) for each and every email account
Maybe it's just a popup format ; Maybe there is also a security problem.
Maybe keep the bug hidden for the moment

Window is too small.
Hover cursor over bottom right corner of window and cursor should change to a double headed arrow, left click and hold down to grab, then drag bottom corner down and to the right to make window larger.
This is the sort of question you would ask in the Support Forum.
Did you ask this question using the Support Forum to see if the responses you get helps to fix the issue?

The first time that had happened ; I should have guessed how to manage that myself .
