User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:80.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/80.0
Steps to reproduce:
it seems there is a general bug with webp-images in Version 80.0b3. I tried multiple sites but the Images do not load. f.e. https://developers.google.com/speed/webp/gallery1. In Version 79.0 the images load without problems
Actual results:
webp images do not load.
Expected results:
webp images should be loading

WFM with 80.0b5 on Linux. Looks rather like a network/cache problem.
Please open about:support, click on "Copy text to clipboard" and paste it here. Thanks!

Hi,
I am not able to replicate the issue. I've tried on windows10 pro
On the following versions:
release 79.0
beta, 80.0b4 (64-bit)
nightly 81.0a1 (2020-08-07) (64-bit)
Please test if the issue occurs to you in safe mode (add-ons disabled). Here is a link that can help you do that:
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode
If the issue persists, also test it using a fresh profile, you can find the steps to do that below:
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles?redirectlocale=en-US&redirectslug=Managing-profiles#w_starting-the-profile-manager
Also, try this on the latest version of nightly. You can download it from here: https://nightly.mozilla.org/
Thanks for the report.
Best regards, Clara.

Hi,
I'm marking this as Resolved-Incomplete due to lack of response. If the issue is still reproducible with the latest Firefox version, feel free to reopen the bug with more information.
Regards, Clara.
