1657049 - Firefox want to create a new profile if opens with a previous Firefox version

Steps to reproduce:

I deploy Firefox updates in my company and have this issue:
If Firefox installes updates on a client and the client get afterwards the previous version deployed from my server ( I do update checks and deployment once a week)

Actual results:

it creates a new profile. (Asks if you want to create a new profile)

Expected results:

This problem happens since Firefox Quantum.
It should just open and not always create a new profile.

I also have PCs with no internet connection and they uses Firefox to access the intranet.
Therefore to only allow automatically Firefoy updates is not a option for me.
As a workaround I now disabled automatically updates but better would it be to fix this issue.

This is intentional as we don't intend to invest resources in supporting cross-version compatibility issues.
