Steps to reproduce:
user agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:79.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/79.0
In Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS I enabled 125% fractional scaling.
$ xdpyinfo | grep dimensions
dimensions: 3072x1728 pixels (650x366 millimeters)
Actual results:
Everything works fine except when I fullscreen videos the video fills a tiny square in the top left. I have included a screenshot. I could not replicate this issue in chromium, nor could I replicate it in libreoffice impress fullscreen.
Expected results:
Video should have become fullscreen.

Hi,
I wonder if this issue exists all the time, or just started appearing on recent versions?
Which site you encounter this issue? Is it only happening on specific sites or videos? or it would happen on all sites?
From the image you loaded in comment0, is that exactly what you see after you make video enter fullscreen? Is it reproducible if you don't change the scaling?
Can you reproduce this issue on latest Nightly or a private browsing window?
Thank you.
