This is a regression from bug 1653355.
Steps to reproduce:
- Play a 60 fps video with smooth motions, such as https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8PmM6SUn7Es .
- While the video is playing, hit the space bar to pause the video.
Expected results:
The video should freeze at the frame that was last displayed, and not return to a previous frame.
Actual results:
The video "jerks back" to a previous frame.
