We cannot land it, because of build failures on Windows.
Waiting for https://github.com/rnpgp/rnp/issues/1244
(Currently testing a potential fix.)

Update RNP to the audit baseline, plus a build fix.
Picks up important fixes that reduce OpenPGP memory footprint.
