We are almost ready to release Firefox Beta 80.0.0.

We've uplifted some fixes https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/fenix/releases/tag/v80.0.0-beta.3 so we don't regress 79.0.0, but we will want to also ship with GV Beta 80.0.20200804180257 at some point, in order to test some fixes.

We will roll out in the following percentages after we get QA signoff.

The builds are uploaded, and we uplifted a fix for the major QA issue, so this is ready to roll out to 5%.

Just got the beta.5 signoff which includes a few fixes, so let's roll that out too to 100%. I'm not seeing many urgent crashes, just a couple that I'll file.
