Hi, this is expected due to the addition of webm files needed for the about:welcome v3 experiment. The current plan I think is to optimize by removing unused Trailhead assets from the onboarding flow; but that will be in Fx82+.
We're also following up with UI to see if we can reduce the size/number of new assets.
